Supported Employment

OSI’s Supported Employment (SE) is a service that helps adults with disabilities obtain and maintain competitive, integrated employment (CIE) in their communities. It tailors services to the interests, strengths, goals, and choice of each person. This includes personalized job development, coaching, and accommodations designed to promote long-term success.
 
How it works:
OSI receives client referrals and funding through Office of Vocational Rehab (OVR) or Supports Access & Management (SAM) or other case management organizations. Once a referral is received, you will be contacted to schedule an intake appointment to start services. OSI’s Supported Employment team can provide more information about how this process works and will provide you with contact information for OVR or SAM, if needed.
